Marine Mess Night/Celebration of USMC 233rd Birthday

Monday, November 17th, 2008

Ok, we’re taking a break from talking about everything I do during the week, and today you are going to get a special edition of “my exciting life.” All I’m going to talk about this time is the Marine mess night I went to last night celebrating the 233rd birthday of the Marine Corps.

I finally got my part of our final project in Chinese done and handed in, as well as a couple other assignments for that class. But tomorrow I have (more…)

Finally, after two weeks of Chaos, I am still alive after all

These past two weeks are wonderful examples of times when you look ahead, know what you have to do, and think “I am going to die”. And then it doesn’t happen, you just take each hour at a time and before you know it you’re past the hard part and everything is just peachy again. Well, not quite peachy, but at least not “I am going to die” anymore. For anyone wondering why this was the case, I would say it is because (more…)
